The mobile phone is only locked for O2 customers and amazon itself confirmed that they cant unlock it. And o2 cant unlock it unless you take a 12 month contact with them Lg network storage pc software installer download.

What is a PIN?
Normally, you must enter your PIN to access the device after turning it on.
